A Night at the Oscar's... The Barwell and Earl Shilton Lions hosted a charity fundraising evening in aid of LOROS on Saturday 13th November. The Youth Theatre were asked to provide a "rent a mob" crowd of admiring fans and paparazzi for when guests arrived on the red carpet. We were more than happy to oblige and support such a worthwhile cause. Our chairman, Jeremy also volunteered his services as an auctioneer for the evening. 2010 NODA Award - "Best Musical by a Youth Society" The CYT have won the NODA award for "Best Musical by a Youth Society" for their 2010 production of "Godspell". This is the fourth year running, having won previously with "Les Misérables SE" (2007), "Back to the 80's " (2008) and "The Likes of Us" (2009). Well done, and a big thank you, to all those who took part and helped make "Godspell" such a success.
